Sarah Coker, Manager at the Trap Door, grew up in Clare and she and her husband have chosen to raise their family in this great community. She has been an active supporter and patron of the Trap Door since its opening and made the leap onto our team in February 2022. She is committed to quality and making sure everyone who visits gets to have a unique experience that only the Trap Door can provide. Sarah knows that using the best ingredients creates the best cocktails and enjoys exploring the art of mixing and creating new drinks. Exploring bourbon is another passion that Sarah enjoys. She loves traveling, visiting distilleries, trying different barrels and bringing some of her favorites back home to share.
